Winter Yin Yoga

From New Year’s resolutions to stress reduction to supporting your immune system through the worst of virus season, start 2024 off right – with 8 weeks of relaxing and restorative Yin yoga! This course is designed to be accessible to all levels of yoga experience, including beginners. Recordings will be made available following each class, so even if you can't always join on the specific day, you can still enjoy the benefits of this class.

This course will be offered virtually Tuesdays at 6:15pm, for 8 weeks

Tuesdays, at 6:15 pm as follows:
