This 3 week course will address “Jewish Guilt” that we all carry with us.  It recognizes the importance and the impact of the way that we talk to ourselves about situations and events in our lives, past, present, and future.  From this recognition, you will be guided through the step-by-step process which allows you to take control over the voices that talk you into chaos, and replace them with an inner dialogue that seeks peaceful resolutions.  With no therapy or drugs, you can learn how to rise above the past and look to the future with confidence.

About the instructor: Liz Kahn, MA,MBC
