Want to know how to pickle? Puzzled about Probiotics? Curious about what the two of them have in common? Then this program is for you.

Do you love the pickles you get at an authentic Jewish deli and wonder how those half-sours and full-sours are made and why they taste so much better than most store bought pickles?  Did you know that these “kosher” pickles are a health food, rich in probiotics?  Join us for a fun evening learning how to pickle vegetables and then make your own jar of probiotic-rich pickles to take home.

About the instructor: Deb Orol, RN, Holistic Health Coach, detox specialist and “essential oils guru” has been practicing as a Registered Nurse for almost 25 years. Deb uses her own life experiences and training as a Health Coach in Integrative Nutrition to help others learn how to care for their body.
