Water fitness increases strength and flexibility and decreases stress and tension. Water fitness lessens the impact of joints and lowers the risk of injury during exercise. Come join us for an hour of deep water fitness combining high and low intensity exercises. Please wear appropriate swimwear. Flotation belts will be provided. Participants are encouraged to exercise at their own fitness level.
JCC Members: $10 per class
General Community: $15 per class
