Lunch is the meal eaten outside of the home most often. Many people take the “Oh, I’ll just grab something near the office” approach (or give the kids lunch money to eat in the cafeteria). Those choices are usually not very healthy and the money adds up.
Come learn easy, delicious and cost efficient ways to pack lunch and enjoy a full lunch at the JCC during this Lunch Box Lesson.
About the Instructor:
Rachael Weisman is a health coach, healthy cooking teacher, and vegetable cheerleader, known for making plant-based foods delicious and approachable to incorporate into anyone’s diet. Whether you are dealing with a new set of dietary restrictions, trying to lose weight, or just generally want to feel more vibrant and less stressed about food, Rachael would love to help you live life delightfully well fed!
